Returns and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or unsuitable please contact us to discuss resolving any issues.

Faulty products will be repaired/replaced or refunded

Unsuitable/unwanted products will be issued with a credit note and will incur an uplift charge. A Credit Note will only be issued if the product is returned in the original packaging and is in a sellable condition within 30 days.

I have changed my mind can I cancel my order?
Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we are running with a much-reduced staff and once the order is placed unfortunately it can’t be amended.

What do I do if I have a complaint?
